Tribeca was a great apartment to stay at - really enjoyed it as an overnight stop. My only issue was that i had booked parking and was told to park in a space - when i got down there someone else was it that spot. I parked in the spot next door and went and told reception. I was then advised that i would have to go down stairs and move my car to a different location as i was parked in a permanent residents spot (this i understood). I believe that you need to look at how vehicles are allocated spots as clearly where i had been told to park was already allocated to someone else! Whilst it was no major problem it meant another 10 minutes of mucking about for me.

The only issue we had was that we got a parking ticket for parking in the wrong place. We were not advised to enter the caged area to park and parked in general public parking using the parking space number given. This would have been avoided with signage. There is currently none. Hopefully fine will be reversed.

i had stayed at tribeca several times before... i love the location and the amenities... handy to the city and the trams... supermarket downstairs. staff were very good on check in and check out only suggestion is that some of the fixtures and fittings in the apartment are a bit tired... eg. door handles, blind cords, soap trays. good to see that the hallways were being repainted.

We have stayed at this East Melbourne location a couple of times and have been happy with all aspects of our stay, The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is ideal for us as my husband is a patient at a nearby hospital. We really feel like we get value for money as the rooms mid week are very reasonably priced and to have cooking facilities available is handy as Michael is not always well enough to eat out. We also like having secure undercover parking.

We stayed twice in a 2 bedroom apartment from 24th - 28th Feb and again from 12th - 15th Mar. On the 2nd occasion we were upgraded to a much better apartment which was much better equipped and had a great view of Melbourne. We were disappointed with our Feb stay - shelves and drawers missing in the fridge which made storage difficult and very few cooking utensils, we did point this out but nothing was done to help us out. Our 2nd stay was a much better experience and everything was excellent.

Enjoyed the stay. Only issue we had was to do with Parking as someone had parked in the spot that was assigned to us. This was quickly fixed though but it did mean having to go up to reception to resolve the issue and parking in an assigned spot for this time.
