The first night apartment was a real let down for the money, but the second apartment was really nice and good for the money thanks to Belinda.

All the staff were very helpful. the location was ideal easy access to all freeways.The IGA & the Pizza place made it easy to get all the essentials with the coffee shop opened in the morning. Great bed and serviced everyday.

Stay was enjoyable. Beds were really comfortable. Location within walking distance to city free tram through the parklands, this may be difficult for older people, however there is a tram stop just out on Victoria Parade. Room was comfortable. Dishwasher wasn't in working order and blind on balcony door was broken. This did not cause much inconvenience as we were only there for 3 nights.

apartment was mostly clean with some black algae in the grout joints of the shower. Great location near supermarket, bars and restaurants. Close to hospitals which was good for us. Pool was fabulous and good for laps. Roller blinds to balcony door did not work and need to be fixed and balcony door did not latch or lock - not good for people with kids. Overall a great place for us.

We had a fabulous overnight stay and we enjoyed the view from the 10th floor. It was all very relaxing and we enjoyed the convenience of the IGA, pizza place, coffee shop and the park over the road. The kids loved the pool and the Foxtel once we worked out how to use it! The experience was fantastic and we will be watching for family friendly deals!

Our stay was pleasant. The apartment we had was in need of a few repairs such as replacement of soap holder in the shower and a touch up of paint in the bathroom around the shower. We booked for 3 people in a 2 bedroom apartment but only had two towels. My son left a valuable item behind in the room and staff were very helpful in retrieving it and holding it for us to collect.

Excellent. A couple of minor issues with the room we stayed in: 1. Hot water tap in shower is broken - little knob to help turning on & off is missing. 2. Ironing board needs foam under the cover so that you are not ironing on the metal frame (I used a towel underneath my shirt) 3. More milk than was supplied. Have stayed in places that charge much less that supply 500ml of milk. 4. Did not find any face washers but maybe I had a man's look. 5. Not knowing the area, we thought that the apartments could have been made more noticeable from the road as you are turning into Albert St. 6. Not sure if the toilet door is supposed to lock or not but it would be good if it did. Staff were wonderful!!

Great location. Kitchen could be stocked with a few more items ie salad bowl, etc. A couple of light globes are blown and bedroom blind doesn't go up.

This is my fourth stay at Tribeca and will stay again if in Melbourne. Love the walk through the park and gardens to the CBD or being able to catch the tram from Victoria St side. Love the convenience of the great IGA STORE in the plaza along with cafe, good pizza pasta restaurant, great better than usual eat in or take away fish and chip shop, gelato bar a good wine bar plus liquor store. apartments make for a stress free stay.

We had a great time staying in the apartment, the only suggestion would be to clean the carpet (or replace) and to provide a cloth for cleaning dishes and wiping the table etc.
