Overall, we were very pleased with the apartment. However I woke up several times during the night with sweat-soaked sheets and skin, I can only guess due to something involving the bedding and/or mattress as I was and am not sick with anything and I don't have trouble with night sweats. We didn't get off to the best start, with no clear indication on home page about cost of parking. Suggestions were made to include a "fees apply" note, which haven't as yet happened. Tribeca Serviced Apartments helped out to reduce the cost which we appreciated. The stay was great, with service on two of the days of fresh towels, emptying rubbish. Great size apartment and staff very hospitital. A little noisy (lift going up & down) but all in all a great apartment. We loved that IGA was downstairs as well. Would stay again. We were really happy with the apartment this time. It was quiet with a great view of the City and Gardens. Both my family and I love staying at the Tribeca. Overall a good experience. We have stayed at Tribeca previously. Only problem was with the keys on the first night. Staff had allowed the previous guest to check out but keep the key. I found this very strange and a little disconcerting... there was some stranger who had a key to our apartment. Overall, the experience was good. Staff were quick to fix Foxtel and to supply a phone charger, which I really appreciated.
I don't like the lack of bedside tables and bedside lights. I don't like the poor lighting in the bathroom. I don't like the fact your head nearly hits the bathroom cupboard when you clean your teeth. I don't like the lack of a teapot or colander. I don't like the lack of a radio - radio clock didn't work. Was very affordable and easy access to shops and retail shops.
Close to Epworth hospital where we were everyday visiting a family member.

Amazing value for money, very conveniently located and nicely furnished but the best part of the experience was the lady at the office who was extremely helpful and friendly. Our newborn baby was ill and had to stay longer at the Epworth hospital so we had to find alternative accommodation so to have such an easy and welcoming stay was a relief we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our two kids. The Tribeca's location is great, within easy walking distance to the city and across the road from the trams. It's not in the heart, though, so be prepared to walk or catch a short tram if you want to in the midst of the city. It was so convenient having the IGA and café downstairs, although we didn't have cause to use the pizzeria during our stay. The apartment was very well appointed and had all of the essentials.
