Was good but room not ready at 1:00 when we were meant to check in but didn't bother us because we dropped our bags in the room and left. BUT upon leaving we booked 4 adults and there was only 2 towels to use for shower.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Supermarket and restaurants nearby very convenient. Only negative was the shower which had a very small shower head placed very high and did not give good water flow.

Your receptionist was the friendliest and kindest receptionist I have ever experienced. She is a massive asset to your organisation. Too often, people are just going through the motions and clearly don't enjoy their role. I had to wait to be served and her ability to really care for a customer who was about to go into hospital was amazing.

Had a very good stay ...the unit is big and spacious. The closest we can be at from Brohams St.( ballet ctr) plus the grocery ...so convenient..Helpful staff. I will surely choose tribeca apts when we go back.

Not all that easy to find or to park on the street, but that's OK. I booked and paid online, and specified that I wanted a DVD player and a balcony - only got the former, not the latter but no discount or room change was offered - though it was a last minute booking so next time I'll phone in advance to check. Otherwise all seemed good except that the DVD player's remote control was rusted and hence didn't work (in suite 402 of the building furthest from reception on the same side of the complex). The Foxtel box with the TV implied Foxtel channels but it seemed that none were available in the apartment I was given. I didn't try using the internet but good internet reception would be a plus - and bad reception would be a big minus. May or may not be back....depends on the balcony, Foxtel channels, wifi charges and the presence of a DVD.

Comfortable stylish apartments in a great location near Fitzroy Park, an ICA below for grocery needs, and near enough to city centre without having the busyness of the city at its doorsteps. It's my 7th stay at the Tribeca and I'll definitely return again.

We are repeat customers, we have experienced a bit of variety in the standards of the apartments over the years. Some are definitely better than others for families in layout and in kitchen materials and equipment.

This is our second stay at Tribeca, I truly cant fault anything. The young Lady on the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Tribeca is close to every aspect Melbourne has, we love the close proximity to the MCG, Lygon street, the cafes in Brunswick street and a short tram ride into the City. There is an IGA in the plaza for those nights you just wanna laze in your room, it even has an off licence. The plaza has a couple of restaurants with lovely food on offer for breakfast lunch and dinner. We are already planning our next trip to the city, where Tribeca will be our pace to stay. Thanks again Tribeca, well done..

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tribeca, but unfortunately our booking was mucked up. Two weeks prior to coming down i changed our arrival date from 23 to 22 April, departing 26, not 27 April. On arrival at the apartments on the 22 April there wasn't a room for us. Thankfully the staff quickly found accommodation at Milano, which was fantastic, but after having driven over 8 hrs to arrive in Melbourne to no room it was a little disappointing to have to get in the car again, in peak hour traffic (with Victoria Pde closed) to venture across town. We were advised by the staff that they could see the amendment to the booking, but unfortunately a glitch in the system did not carry it all the way through to the actual room allocations. Apart from that all was great.
