Great location with on site amenities and services. apartment could do with a spruce up and curtains! We had north facing apartment and was blinding by 6am... No good for kids, made it a long day.

We had an excellent experience at Tribeca. The staff were friendly, the location perfect (especially with the IGA and other stores in the plaza and tram stop nearby) and the children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You were also very generous with the supply of towels and room service.

Handy to most areas. We were visiting the Alfred Hospital for Christmas and this was so easy to get there. A park to relax in nearby in the middle of the city is unheard of and was amazing.

Tribeca was most suitable to our needs for two couples to attend a wedding at the Hyatt which was walking distance. A couple of suggestions bathroom lighting terrible and needed to take a lamp from bedroom to bathroom to get ready to do our makeup. Also a full length mirror would be handy for getting dressed too. We managed it was fine only a positive suggestion for future stays. The parking and getting to room a bit of a hassle also perhaps advising people of this when booking would also be handy . We appreciated you nice manner at reception and would stay again and recommend it to others as value for money close to the city. Thank you val dent.

The staff in the office were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us with all areas of checking in, parking, luggage etc. we couldn't speak highly enough of them and the cleaning staff likewise were efficient and helpful. The apartments were very well equipped and we will definitely return when next we need accommodation in Melbourne. Having shops and a supermarket so close were real bonuses as we had twin 10 month old babies with us!!

A new part of your complex which did not feel as secure as previous visits. There was no iron in the flat. Front office staff are very professional and wanting to help. Ceiling in the bathroom needs to be looked at because it is beginning to blister and looks ugly. Also some type of insect in the bath possibly earwigs were there everyday.

Lovely staff. Great location and apartments. I just would've liked being warned that the pool was out of action before I asked to use it. I didn't find the vinyl or leather sofa and cushions comfy. Everything else was fantastic. Thank you.
