Absolutely fantastic! We were only in Melbourne for 20 hours but it was a great 20hrs! The lady at reception was lovely and made sure everything was just right. She deserves "employee of the month" as she dealt with me, had another client waiting and the phone rang constantly while I was there. Not once was she rude, sort tempered or abrupt with me or the people on the phone. First class. It's is not the first time have stayed at these apartments and it certainly will not be the last, so thank you.

Everything was great other than bigger lady at desk who sent us on a wild goose chase with every direction to places around Melbourne that she gave us. Trip to Victoria Markets was 1km and a 15 min walk that took us over an hr lugging our luggage. That was just one trip. Would stay with you again but ask someone else for directions. Room was great

I loved the fact that there was an outdoor lap pool and gym. The only thing I would add would be some exercise mats for the gym and some skipping ropes etc. I will definitely stay there again. thanks, Catherine

I have been staying at Tribeca for 2.5 weeks on average, twice a year, for 8 years. The location is great as are the neighbouring restaurants, supermarket, parks etc. A tram outside the door is very convenient. The office staff (esp. Belinda) are very obliging as are the cleaning staff. The wifi internet has improved markedly since my early stays. Twice I have brought a Chinese friend with me and she uses Tribeca as a yardstick. Currently she is complaining that the 5 -star Langham Hotel in Hong Kong where we are staying for 4 nights is nowhere near as good as Tribeca!

Bedroom - Beds were excellent. Very comfy. Kitchen - Kettle leaked. No plug for sink when we arrived (one found for us by housekeeping). Need a powerpoint on right hand side of bench as the toaster barely fit on the bench when we pushed the microwave right back against the wall. Bathroom was the biggest issue - soap holder falling off wall in shower and no cupboard or shelf for storage. Strong, constant supply of hot water.

We liked the location and apartment. We thought the apartment may be a little more modern and clean (eg mouldy shower) based on it being "deluxe" and the internet pictures. Also the gym equipment is old.

Love it. Great location. Walking distance to city however tram and bus stops so close. Close to Carlton for eateries. IGA downstairs. Shuttle bus to and from Southern Cross Station. Very comfortable. Staying again in September.

All my paperwork said we were in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, our unit only had 1 bathroom which was very disappointing and meant we had to allow more time in the unit to get ready to go out. If I stayed at Tribeca again I would certainly expect to get what I paid for and what I booked.

apartment was well appointed, very close to city. Only issue was trying to connect via internet/phone and the floor key system restricted access to family staying in different apartments (but understand security issue).

Was perfect for our stay which was for surgery at St Vincent's Private. Loved having the IGA supermarket and bottle shop so close, pizza restaurant and Kiwi Fish were beautiful take aways!

Fantastic stay, and great location for us. Rooms overall were fantastic however the only real negative of the whole experience was general maintenance and presentation. Many knocks and scuff marks which is not a big deal however the door to an external balcony would not latch shut. This kept opening which was a bit of inconvenience (forgot to let staff know in the end!). But overall very good and we would definitely stay again

I had a day procedure at Freemasons hospital, we where able to park the car early and check out late!! Taking the stress out of the day procedure. Barbara was lovely to deal with and everything was within walking distance!! Will be visiting again soon
