Tribeca apartments is a great place to stay when in Melbourne. I have stayed in about 15 different hotels in Melbourne in the last year but since i discovered Tribeca i have stayed there every time i can when in Melbourne thats about 5 times so far. I return there because i'm very happy with the place so why go elsewhere.

Was disappointed at first as I had booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom on your website but on checking in we were in a 1 bathroom apartment. On speaking to Reception about this there was not an apartment available until the next day. I was not happy about this as I had booked direct with Tribeca. I was credited $30 for the first night but this should not have occurred.

I booked online which i thought was an easy option, but i did find it a bit confusing. I had to ring to make an adjustment to our booking and was told it would be fixed up. Only on arrival to find that the adjustment hadnt been made. The airconditioner in the bedroom didnt work. We didnt have time to ring reception regarding this as we had somewhere to go. The carpets in the room we stayed in M106 are in need of a proffessional clean, the carpet stairs were filthy. Appart from that our stay was good.

The lady on the reception desk was not only wonderfully helpful and friendly, but really went out of her way to make sure we knew how to get around the complex. She was absolutely wonderful.

First time stayed there. The GOOD - the location handy to CBD, handy to tram, good staff, nice room, handy to local cafe & IGA. The POOR - we arrived & had no room for first night, so were sent to another place. And room was beside lift shaft, so was noisy, through night. We would stay again, provided price was okay, if can avoid room by lift shaft.

Very helpful staff. Good location. Great apartment. Minor criticisms only eg no dish sponge, no instructions on how to use television or dishwasher leading to a lot of experimentation, no shelves or drawers in one bedroom.

Great value for money and a great place to stay. The apartment was bigger than I'd expected and had everything we could possibly need. We loved that there was an IGA and restaurant in the complex and the pool was great as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to stay there again

I feel comfortable to stay at Tribeca Serviced Apartments, as the location is close to cbd, clean, friendly staff and has IGA for anything you need. If the price can be reduced a little bit may be it will be affordable by many people. all the best Tribeca.

can't speak highly enough of both the staff and the accommodations, we were treated very well, Belinda could not have been more helpful., and is a true asset to Tribeca apartments. We had a problem with our vehicle for parking and even though it can't always be guaranteed Belinda found us parking locally, We were also given an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment, a welcome Oasis after being on the road for 5 days.We will stay here again......Thanks

The girl at check in was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful, she went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Giving us a late check out and allowing us to leave the car there while we were at Peter Mac for an appointment. We will be back in early Jan for next appointment.

Nice modern apartment. Cleaners could pay more attention to 'out of sight' areas. When I went to retrieve something which had rolled under the bed it was very dirty with a packet of chewing gum there.

Seventh visit - only problem is the design within the apartment (bathroom and wardrobe) and uncomfortable couch - everything else is great. Love the location the fish and chip shop, IGA, etc.
