We have stayed at least 15 different serviced apartments in different cities around the world. Our stay at Tribeca was by far the best serviced apartments we have ever stayed at - there was simply nothing I was not impressed with. I will not stay anywhere else when I am next in Melbourne! Well done to your staff!

From check in to check out, was perfect! Convenience store and bottle shop downstairs, apartment had everything needed for a weekend away for the AFL at MCG. Transport is convenient on every corner, but is easily walking distance into CBD also!

It was very convenient location with the tram located just across the road, a supermarket just downstairs and the accommodation was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Highly recommend this place!!

very pleased with tribeca. I realize i stayed at Easter time and it is an expensive time. Perhaps for a person staying 5 nights or more a little extra discount could be given than offered.... we would have stayed an extra night or two if it had been a little cheaper at Easter. However, it was great and we would come here again. All staff were delightful and i found Belinda particularly considerate of our needs. Thank you to all.

Smooth booking , an improvement in parking details would be good. Such as find a park then come to reception to get key and parking access, a little confusing driving around as there is no entrance.

Apart from the first apartment on the first night having a sewerage problem in bathroom, where the floor was covered in sonething, and smelling badly of urine, our stay was excellent. We were moved to another apartment. The reception staff were excellent.

Great service, convenient apartment with all facilities. apartment was a little small for our party of 4, the apartment was not serviced over the weekend. Trams to the city at the door if you don't want to take the 15 minute walk through the park. There's an IGA, wine bar, cafe, pizza restaurant and fish and chip shop downstairs for your food needs. Once again an excellent Tribeca stay.

Your desk staff Bobbi and Vikki are excellent - they were very helpful and responsive. The 1st apartment I went into had an incredibly strong smell of garlic that I could not get rid of even after opening all the windows - but was given alternative that was much fresher. The only real problem I had was I had to move the bed up against the wall to make it safe. the middle of it kept separating. Tying the 2 single beds together with a plastic bag is not exactly working and there appeared to be no locks on the wheels of the bed
