Reception staff friendly & helpful as they have previously been in the past. Only issue is that when booked for 4 people 4 towels should be left out. Yes we found the spare ones & used them but when the room was serviced (not expected for a 3 night stay) the towels were taken & only two left - no spares left in the cupboard either. The location was perfect for our needs. Cricket at the MCG, The Australian open - tennis and shopping in the CBD. Have stayed before & will stay again.

Just one thing, I wanted to bring out stay one night forward. I rang twice and the receptionist told me I was unable to change my booking. The third time I called I got a lovely lady who was very helpful and she was able to change our night of stay from Wednesday night to Tuesday night.

Kitchen utensils and equipment were barely adequate. A full size apartment should have a far more reasonable range of equipment such as sharp knives, scissors, chopping boards, etc. While the apartment was generally clean, the bathroom looked tired and in need of relatively simple maintenance.

Excellent location, close to CBD, East Melbourne, Treasury Gardens and Fitzroy. Tram stop out the front on Victoria Parade. Wine Bar, IGA, coffee shop, pizza shop, fish & chip shop, hairdresser & florist in the court yard below the apartments.

My husband and I have stayed on many occasions usually for its proximity to specialists but also for the "village: atmosphere of the shops, restaurants,and facilities available. Staff have always tried to assist us with my special needs due to my disability Very convenient location for many activities and we will be back in October for 3 nights. I do not like staying on the ground floor as there is nothing to see but the rooms which have roads as an outlook are much more enjoyable.

Staff of Tribeca excellent as always & look to assist in anyway possible. Have been staying with Tribeca East Melbourne for some time now with another stay in a few weeks.
