We had a lovely stay at TriBeCa. The location is great, walking distance to the city. The shops and restaurants down below are brilliant! The pool is a winner, we wouldn't stay somewhere in Melbourne in summer without a pool. But I must say since my last stay there in 2014 I feel that the maintenance of the apartments has gone down hill a little. Our gas burners self igniter wasn't working, our kettle was broken (and as was discovered at night on our first night and next day was a public holiday it took til the day after that to get a new one), there was significant mould in the bathroom (not cleaners fault at all but as shower screen is quite narrow so whenever you shower it floods bathroom floor), the toilet flush button was broken (this meant when you flushed the water kept running until you fiddled with the casing around the button), when we arrived the dishwasher had water in the base (this is because as soon as you turn the power on the program starts if someone has left it in position. This meant we had to run a cycle with no dishes to get rid of the water and the smell). I think better instructions for the dishwasher and tv/Foxtel are needed. We did have a great time I promise!!! It's just I really noticed a decline from my last stay.

having a broom and more than 1 large knife in the unit would have helped with no housekeeping service some form of cleaning equipment would have helped. the power triped out just before leaving the dish washer was full but would not go, your staff member of the desk said she would reset the power and turn the dish washer on hopefully this all worked

Staff very friendly and helpful, extended our parking till 1pm which we were very grateful for. Great location, walking distance to MCG and the city. Great Indian Restaurant as recommended by staff. I had a great stay at the Tribeca apartments and would stay there again. The major item that brought the score down was the shower attachment. It is perfect for a leprechaun but hopeless for the rest of us. Overall, a great place with friendly staff

Conveniently located, modern apartment with parking. We booked a 1 bdrm apartment online but when we went to check in they had upgraded us to a 2 bdrm as the booking system had double booked the 1 bdrm. We also needed to extend our stay but Tribeca were fully booked. The staff member though, went out of her way to try and find us elsewhere. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending Tribeca to others.
