We love staying here every time we come to Melbourne...great location lovely service from reception and housekeepers and IGA downstairs is very convenient...only disappointment was that the apartments don't get serviced over the weekend...which I find strange for a place that is advertised "serviced apartments"...not "serviced apartments only on weekdays"....next time I think we will plan our stay over the weekdays ????

We found the staff to be polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Tribeca apartments are ideally located close to trams and not far from the train station. There is a supermarket on your doorstep plus several restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is well located, the booking and access to site was easy, and having the parking spot made it perfect. The added bonus is the small grocery store down stairs, for the random last minute items. Perfect place for a family to stay in Melbourne, Have recommended it to everyone I know with kids/family that fly over.

We stay here regularly. It is convenient for work and then we utilise the fact it is close to the MCG for the AFL football. It has all we need inc undercover secure parking, close proximity to MCG and the 2 eateries and IGA attached

The staff member I dealt with was excellent very friendly and very helpful. Location was great and prices are more affordable especially for families. The units are large and comfortable we stayed in 501A and were very happy with our stay. It is great having grocery store and cafes very nearby as well.

We loved it here and would stay here again in a heartbeat. I especially loved the staff. They were so lovely!! The only downside was that we purchased wifi, and it didn't really work. So we felt like we wasted the money.

Reception staff were exceptionally helpful and considerate when in discussion about reason for being in Melbourne l explained it was for treatment for ms at st vincents hospital. She actually changed the car parking space to ensure there were no stairs without me requesting. Was very much appreciated and very considerate. Please pass on my thanks.

Perfect location. Jump on a tram to get into town, or take the 20 minute walk. 10 minutes to MCG. Some wonderful eateries down stairs as well as an IGA supermarket. Will stay again!
