	Car Parking : Off street parking is available - subject to availability $20 per night No height restrictions and generous sized parking bay. Unable to reserve.
	Getting There :By Car: We are located approximately a 10 minute drive from the heart of the CBD. Approximately a 20 - 30 minute drive from the Melbourne Airport. By Tram: 200m walk to Tram stop 16, where you can catch routes 57 & 58 & 59 to and from the CBD. By Taxi: Our reception staff have a direct line to the Taxi company and will be happy to help organise one. A regular taxi to the Melbourne Airport will cost approximately $40 amd a maxi taxi for more than 4 passengers will cost approximately $60. SkyBus: There is services running every 10 minutes between Melbourne Airport and the CBD. www.SkyBus.com.au StarBus: They offer services running every 15 minutes, and will cost you roughly $20. You will need to book this yourself. www.StarbusShuttle.com.au By Car from City: From Elizabeth Street turn left into Flemington Road, Turn left into Abbotsford street then first left into Chapman St Apartments on Chapman is approximately 100m on your left. Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking, and a valid photo ID is required on arrival.

Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over and needs to be present to register arrival.

Deposit Policy

First night of booking will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. This ensures the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $30.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge the full amount of the booking plus an administration fee of AU$30.00.

Child Policy

Child over 12 is considered as adult.
Porta cots are available to reserve at an additional cost of $25 per night. A rollaway bed can be provided for $40 per night. Please book in advance.

Other Policy

Our housekeeping team will service your room weekly during your stay. If additional housekeeping services are required during your stay, these can be arranged through Reception for an extra fee.

Apartments On Chapman were perfect for our needs. The convenience of some space, comfort and close proximity to the RCH. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable.
