12.5% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of the booking. Beachcomber Resort Gold Coast will charge the balance payable upon your arrival. PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Once a booking has been made we accept NO CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS to that booking.

No Show Policy

If you fail to show up at the property, we will charge FULL AMOUNT to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Once a booking has been made we accept NO CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS to that booking.

Child Policy

Infants are free as long as they are using existing bedding.

One older child or adult is charged extra per person per night in an extra bed.

The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
