Well-appointed, spacious, fully self-contained one and two bedroom apartments with individual balconies and ocean views. All the apartments contain a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, CD, and direct dial telephone.

We proudly showcase a number of leisure facilities including a full size floodlit tennis court surrounded by landscaped gardens, dedicated grassed sun lounge areas, golf practice net, and a fully covered BBQ pavilion with accompanying tables and chairs.

All apartments are fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Linen towels etc are supplied, along with a starter pack of toilet paper tea coffee and sugar etc additional toilet paper etc may be purchased from the kiosk

The Friendly Staff at Breakers North can also provide you with useful information about tours and the local attractions of the Gold Coast, as well as making your tour and attractions booking.

A $200.00 deposit is required to secure the reservation and will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 31 days of arrival will be refunded their payment minus a $50 administration fee.

All cancellations made within 15 to 30 days of arrival will forfeit any monies paid.

All cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the quoted rate

Should you not show up all monies owed will be taken from the nominated credit card

SCHOOLIES PLEASE NOTE
The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire schoolies period.
