Booking Policy

A valid credit card or deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.

Please note that credit card is required at check-in / booking time at reception to process. Credit card is not processed at booking time but at check-in time.

Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over and be the card holder with identification .

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $35.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked.

Child Policy

Child over 14 is considered as adult.
Child aged 3 and under is free.
Children must be supervised and monitored by adults at all times.

Other Policy

Bad behaviour or criminal activity will not be tolerated and reported to nearest police station and recorded on national register.
