	Getting There :Positioned approximately 30 mins drive from both Tullamarine Airport and Melbourne CBD, public transport is easily accessible. Taxis, trains and buses all depart from Eltham Train Station and Bus depot, located 2km from the front door of the motor inn. The Eltham Train and Bus depot is positioned on the Hurstbridge Train Line that travels directly in to or out of Flinders Street Station every 30 mins. A bus stop which has buses that travel around the Eltham area and straight into Eltham Train Station and Bus depot is located directly outside of the motor inn.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.
All reservations will have the total deducted from their credit card on booking.
A pre-authorisation of a credit card or $150 cash bond is essential on check in.
All charges including incidentals will be charged to the credit card on check out.
Please note American Express and Diners transactions incur a 5% surcharge being charged.

Cancellation Policy

We require 14 days notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, you forfeit all charges pertaining to reservation.

Child over 12 is considered as adult. Child aged 1 and under is free.

As each guest of Eltham Motor Inn is entitled to ?quiet enjoyment? during their stay, management of Eltham Motor Inn adhere to a strict NO PARTY policy, and do NOT permit outside disturbance after 11pm.
Disturbance and call out fees may apply to those who do not adhere to Eltham Motor Inn policies.
