Quest Caroline Springs is conveniently located 25 minutes west of Melbourne in the rapidly developing suburb of Caroline Springs, en-route to Ballarat, bordered between Melton Shire, Brimbank and Wyndham Council with surrounding suburbs Deer Park, Derrimut, St Albans, and Sunshine.

The complex is built around the banks of Lake Caroline. It's only 20 min drive from Tullamarine Airport. We are far enough for a relaxing weekend and close enough to do business.

	Getting There :We are located just 25km from the CBD and 21km from Tullamarine Airport. Its proximity to the Western Highway and Ring Road allow easy access to the key business centres in Melbourne's West. Driving: When coming from Flinders St in Melbourne city, bear left at Wurundjeri Way, Docklands. Turn right at the West Gate Freeway and continue west along till the Western Ring Road Exit. Exit Right onto the Western Ring road and continue along till the Western Freeway Exit. Continue along and exit at Christies Rd. Cross the Western Freeway intersection and continue into Caroline Springs Boulevard. Continue along till the intersection of College Road, turn right and reception is on your left. Public Transport: The closest train station is Deer Park along the Ballarat VLine route or Keilor Plains station on the Watergardens Line. There is a connecting Bus to Caroline Springs from Keilor Plains station.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of check in on the name of person making the booking for the purpose of pre-authorization (security bond) of $250 along with photo id. Cash bonds are not accepted.

Reception hours are between 7am to 11pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 11pm Saturday and 8am to 10pm Sunday. If you need to arrive or depart outside these times please request this in your booking therefore our friendly reception staff can make alternative arrangements with you. Please be aware that although we will endeavour to meet your request we cannot always guarantee it.

Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

20% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. Within 7 days of major event full stay can be charged on credit card.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Child over 14 is considered as adult. Child aged 3 and under is free unless a cot is required. Cots are available for hire cost of $5.00 per night.

Other Policy
