Most of our apartments feature striking views of the city and all are complete with fully equipped kitchen and full laundry facilities, stereos, DVD/MP3 players and separate lounge and dining areas, allowing you to relax in perfect comfort and privacy! Please note that 140 Little Collins Apartment Hotel is a non-smoking establishment.

Theatres, shopping and major sporting venues are all within an easy stroll. Melbourne's corporate precinct is also just minutes away. This fantastic location with access to all Melbourne has to offer invites both the business and leisure travelers.

	Car Parking : Car parking is available at Wilson Parking @ 180 Russell Street in an undercover, security car park. Car park rate is $35.00 per exit. There are limited on-site car park spots available*,these need to be pre-booked before arrival * Strictly subject to availability. The rate is $35.00 per day and includes unlimited entry and exit.
	Getting There :Located at 140 Little Collins Street, we are accessible: via car or taxi in Little Collins Street... via train at Flinders Street Station, Parliament Station or Spencer Street Station... and Tram or Bus via Bourke Street or Collins Street with the nearest cross road being Russell Street. The city Skybus is also available to and from the airport.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

All credit card payments will attract an additional charge 1.5% of the total invoice

A $300 + 10% PRE-AUTHORISATION ON A CREDIT CARD & CURRENT PHOTO ID WILL BE REQUIRED AT CHECK IN.


NO CASH BONDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival time. If no arrival time is specified, 10pm of that day will be deemed the arrival time. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card details provided for confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit.

Quest Hero may at their absolute discretion alter these terms and conditions for specific bookings, and advise in writing, the terms and conditions that will apply (e.g. to group bookings or for peak period reservations).


Cancellations must be made no less then 72 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) night's accommodation plus 10% admin fee will be incurred onto the Guest's credit card. (Admin fee not applicable to cancellations made online.)

Quest Hero Special Events Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within 7-13 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night accommodation.
Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will forfeit all nights accommodation.

(10% admin fee applicable for all phone/email cancellations and no-show. 10% admin fee not applicable only for online cancellation).

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to arrive by 10:00am on the morning following the Guest's scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) night's accommodation plus 10% admin fee on all rooms booked.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. We would have appreciated being warned about the nightclub in the laneway directly below our apartment. It was very noisy during the hours from midnight to 6am with all the patrons and the constant clearing of bottles into the bins in the laneway. Robyn from Perth, Australia 29 October 2012
