Satisfied with overall experience. The only negative points we're loose mats being a hazard, provision of adequate heating and lack of space for personal items. Difficult to address but kitchen workspace very minimal.

I welcome any negative points so I can take necessary action to avoid them cropping up in the future. All loose mats have been taken out apart from the one at the front entry which is to protect the carpet when guests enter with wet shoes.
The heating has been increased with an additional heater in the 2nd twin bedroom which you chose to use for you 3 night stay. This room has a dressing table with one drawer, a two door wardrobe fitted with shelf and a round side table but no set of drawers which is maybe why you made the comment that there is a lack of space for personal items. The wardrobe has now been fitted with a set of five drawers to provide extra storage if guests do not want to live out of a suitcase.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed with bedside cupboards either side, a duchess dressing table complete with five drawers, a 2 door wardrobe with fitted shelf - ample storage area for those wishing to unpack their cases.
The kitchen is small but well fitted out and in the 11 years Cornwall Cottage has been operating guests find it a workable space especially when they are on holidays and do not want to be cooking a 3 course meal.

Getting There : Cornwall Cottage is Situated on the B31 15 kms from the Hobart CBD. Car is required as there is poor public transport servicing the area.
Cornwall Cottage is situated minutes from the airport and the historic town of Richmond and fourteen minutes from the Hobart city centre. MONA Museum is a half hour drive, Port Arthur is a 1? hour drive and Tahune Airwalk is a 1? hour drive. There are several restaurants, wineries and hotels located nearby which can provide excellent lunches morning and afternoon teas, wine tastings and evening meals.
