21 rooms mix with standard, twin, executive and selfcontained apartment, mostly ground floor and u shape outlay with little courtyard in middle, good location for business travellers and holiday makers, walking distance to train station, shopping complex and restaurant, fastfood cafe, and close to all major sporting event location such as caulfield racecourse, sanddown racecourse, golf courses, ice skating rink and basketball stadium.
We had a lovely stay . The staff were very friendly , always gave a smile on our way in and out . And the cleaner even greater us in the morning as we were checking out .
If we come back to Melbourne we will certainly be back . Would also recommend to family and friends .

Although the motel doesn't present very well (the entrance stunk of cigarettes and the hallways were gloomy), the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, it was cool and very quiet. We had a lovely sleep, followed by a nice breakfast (with decent coffee!).

Getting There : Princess Hwy from the City
Just Before Warrigal Road (were in the right side). If using Monash fwy exit at warrigal rd and then right turn in princes hwy. enter the service rd . by train pakenham/cranbourne (platform 6) then get off at Oakleigh station about 7 to 10 min walk to chadstone Motel via warrigal rd.
