I have stayed at the hotel a number of times for business trips and have always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful, this is one of the reasons I continue to return. The rooms and the location suit my needs very well. I will continue to choose to stay at the Ramada Encore Dandenong over other hotels in the area
