i want to thank staff at Acacia Court i come to visit my son who isnt well and when i gt there i was given an upgrade which i was very grateful for i have been a guest several times and i will recomend you to everyone so thank you so much i am a pensioner and it was a good feeling to have an upgrade i am very gratefull when i lived in Cairns charlies resterant was great food and value for money but it was empty most of the time i would like it to be restored to full again apart from that i realy enjoyed my time there and to see my son for 3 days instead of 1 day so once again a big thank you

I did find a very damp swell outside of room. I do feel the lady in reception is very hard to deal with either due to language barrier or lack of concern in booking process and general assistance. Gentleman who cane day three was much better. In all honestly we would never stay again due to feeling a bit unsafe with locals always around the hotel carport and stairs and arguments in hotel rooms.
