really enjoyed staying the night and thought the car parking service was very handy. I did accidently leave my digital camera in the room we stayed in room 1. I am hoping maybe the cleaners may have handed it in to reception? I will inquire when I come to pick up my car on the 25 April thank you

Only downfall was that the room was so hot when we arrived and it took a while to cool down. After a five hour drive we wanted to rest but far too hot to relax.

The stay was comfortable. If i was to say one thing was that the shower head was damaged which made showering comfortably impossible. I mentioned this to reception on my departure. Otherwise, keep up the good work.

Overall quite good. Only problem was that I was required to pay on arrival when I thought payment had already been made; at time of booking the confirmation email said that 100% deposit was due at time of booking, which I thought meant payment would be taken from my credit card at time of booking. It would be helpful if these details could be phrased more clearly.

All staff were really friendly. Happy to chat and we were made to feel welcome.Breakfast was great. We used the long term car parking, which was onsite - didn't have any concerns about car's safety. 5 to 10min walk to lots of places to eat. motel is old but very clean and comfortable. Only downside is you have to do a U-turn a fair way down the road to enter the driveway - no change likely while the major roadworks in place. There are no lifts so consider this if you are not able to walk up 2 flghts with your luggage.
