Extremely comfy beds. Location was easy to find, close to trams, city, zoo and other facilities. Very quiet neighbourhood. Great communication and service.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, as I was in recovery from surgery, I felt safe, comfortable and no one bothered me unnecessarily. The price was acceptable for Melbourne standards and I appreciated having everything in close range.

Apartments On Chapman were perfect for our needs. The convenience of some space, comfort and close proximity to the RCH. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. While some of the facilities were a little tired, they were clean and functional and met all of our needs. We were very happy with our stay.

Fantastic hospitality by the staff, easy to have a chat with. I thought the unit itself could do with an upgrade (maybe a fresh coat of paint, the tiles in the bathroom need re-grouting, curtains are looking a little like they are ready for retirement), and parking was not really the easiest with a large car, but I am really just nit picking. The staff were very helpful and lovely to chat to, very close to the children’s hospital (which is why we stayed there). If we need to go to the RCH again, this is where we will stay.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Apartments On Chapman . They were clean, quiet and comfortable. My son and his family also stayed and it was lovely to have a short walk to the wonderful royal childrens hospital playgrounds . The reception staff were respectful and helpful . Highly recommended .
