Absolutely loved the view, the location was perfect and close to everything and the staff especially were friendly and very helpful making it easy to approach them and request information on activities as first time visitors to the area. We had a great time accommodation was what we expected, breakfast that was included was good. This is a perfect place to stay for families as there was a lot of extras to use which is included in price, pool, spa, etc. Location of resort is perfect as everything we wanted to see was within walking distance or a five minute drive. I will definitely recommend Beachcomber Resort. For future guests, please do not believe in all bad reviews being wrote here about the resort. It was really good stayiing here. Very worth the price indeed. I was very disappointed to all the past guests who wrote a bad review for the resort as we enjoyed a lot staying here. The review that the past guest wrote about getting only 2 piece of eggs and bacon is a rubbish too. It's definitely a buffet and you can eat as ,much as you can. If we go back to surfer's paradise, we will definitely stay again here at Beachcomber Resort.Our room was in 20th floor - room 2006, a very lovely room to stay.

The location is very good & the staff are helpful especially Kara, the young man, the red hair girl & Mark. The stay was almost perfect except for a few small discomforts. But everything else was great.When I came in the room, I was disappointed with the very thin pillows, but I changed that and kara was willing to change it for me. There wasn't any room service at all for the whole week that I've stayed there. but I saw the next room 2906 was having room service every other day. I even bumped into the housekeeper but she didn't went in my room. But that was okay, because if we really wanted it ,we could have tell the reception. Wifi at the lobby wasn't that good. If the staff were around, they would have resetted it when the connection was poor. But we couldn't do anything if it was at night. There was one night that the wifi wasn't working, I called the after hours service, but they said they cant do anything till the next morning. So I decided to put in $2 for the internet computer station. Unfortunately, the machine ate my $2 and I couldn't even surf anything. I told the reception (bespectacled blonde girl) next day, she said "If you want your $2 back, you can call the number on the computer screen" She said it as though I am really cheapskate and want my $2 back. I don't know why this simple thing cannot be handled by the reception. They should have the solution to this and just rectify it on the spot & give me the $2.Thats my only unhappiness.I have to compliment MARK for helping me out when I left my things in the room after checking out. I already deposited the keys in the box and drove off. Then I remembered that I left something. So I called the after hours service and they told the in house manager was going to help. But as I was waiting, I saw Mark and asked him for help. He really made an effort to help me when I told him I was rushing to catch a flight. Thanks to the manager.
