Staff were really flexible and helpful. I had a late check in and it was simple and quick. Had a problem with my bag lock and staff helped find something to open it with. Also great service when my breakfast order didn't make to the kitchen and it was sorted out for me quickly. In my experience good service is how you respond when things go wrong. And in this case the response was great.

Cannot be faulted on any count. Quiet, convenient location in the heart of Carlton, very comfortable and well equipped, competent and helpful staff, delightful pool within the central courtyard. We will certainly come again.

I was contacted within a couple of days of booking, as we were 4 adults we were upgraded to interconnecting rooms giving us 2 bathrooms at not extra cost. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were very clean and the beds so comfortable. There was a good choice of pillows. The rooms were very quiet and made for a great sleep. The location was superb with easy access to Lygon St and to public transport. All round an excellent place to stay. We will use this again when we visit Melbourne.
