Staff were polite and welcoming. Great to have meals on site as we were attending a conference. More blankets would have been nice and extra pillows as we had 1 adult and 3 adult children in the room

Found the motel convenient and very clean even though it is showing it age. Staff were helpful and the view over the golf course was really relaxing. Close to good coffee and breakfast places in West Ryde.

Very pleasant, great outlook, especially seeing the geese- and comfortable bed. A new paint job would make the room look better but - the refrigerator was a good size - everything worked. I thought we were booked into a room with a lounge not 2 single beds but for the 2 nigths we stayed it did not signify. Pleasant service at the restaurant and great salad. Receptionists very helpful and professional.Parking good and very handy location for our purposes. .A good stay. Thank you.

Overnight stay to be close to Ryde Hospital. Breakfast in room options good. Dinner in Restaurant Specials were good and other Menu options were plenty with friendly service and good quality food.

In general we had a good stay, traveling with someone who is not that agile on their feet we found the access into the shower impossible for them so sadly no shower for two days for them. I would have been nice to know this up front as it is not a typical hotel room shower.

This motel we feel has improved under the new managment. We don’t have any complaints at all. The airer in the room is a plus. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on that. But we were more than satisfied with our experience (room 41)

The resturant was excellent for dinner and breakfast and very convenient as there was little else around within walking distance. Lovely setting looking over the golf course. Traffic was constant - but that’s Sydney. Staff friendly. Good supply of hot water in bathroom and shower.

Enjoyed our stay. Was lovely to have a nice view of the golf course to look out on along with its bird life. Comfortable room, although a little noisy to be able to sit outside the room for some air because of the main road. Couldn't hear it much inside with the door shut so slept well.

We spent Christmas Eve in a lovely big clean room, with a lovely view of a golf course. Hotel is on a busy road, but that is Sydney. If visiting relatives in this area again, we would come back to stay in this hotel.

The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was of good standard, well maintained overall and clean except for minor dust build-up around grouting in the bathroom. The dust build-up around the windows was more significant and the windows had bird droppings splashed on the glass. Nice outlook over the green golf course, however.
