I travelled to Dalby to attend the Qld Music Trails weekend at historic Jimbour House, about 20 mins away (a magnificent event which I highly recommend) and had booked at the Dalby motor Inn. It was easy to find and the parking area was easily accessible. At check-in, I was greeted warmly and welcomed. My room, on the ground floor as requested, was large, very comfortable and included everything I required including a walk-in shower. It was close to the car park and also had a delightful verandah from which I enjoyed the local scene, the park across the road and the full moon. The bed was extremely comfortable and I meant to check the labelling on the mattress for when I buy a new one at home. Many eateries, convenience and grocery stores, tourist delights and churches were within walking distance and I used a few on my second night and day. On my first night, I dined on-site at Squires Restaurant and Bar. The menu choices were many and varied so choosing took time. My meal of grilled salmon with chips and a large, full mix salad was scrumptious (my compliments to the chef!) and the large glass of wine, since I was walking not driving - although I thought a little pricey - topped it off nicely. I was too full to try the desserts. At least another 26 people dined in the restaurant in the time I was there. The two level complex also has a pool and guest laundry. I was really pleased with my choice of the Dalby Motor Inn for my stay.

The Dalby Manor Motor Inn was lovely to stay at during our visit to Dalby. The lady that checked us in was an absolute gem to deal with. Highly recommend staying at the Dalby Manor Motor Inn. We certainly will stay again with them.

Small TV poorly situated for watching. Room on upper floor fairly private and full of light which we liked. Lighting at night in room also good. Friendly efficient service.

Great place to stay on our recent trip. The rooms had everything we needed for a nights stay and the food and wine at the restaurant was excellent. Arriving when it was raining made it difficult to get things out of the car as there is little cover. Overall it was a great stay.
