It was a great experience. The electric blankets weren’t working in two of the beds which was a bit disappointing but didn’t affect our overall experience.

Went above and beyond! Had to book late, had to e-mail to advise was arriving at 1am. Was called after 10, advised what arrangements would be made. Working in areas where customer service involved, thought this was amazing and appreciated

Needed more equipment in kitchenette eg dinner plates, breakfast bowls, microwave cooking bowl. Facilities were not really enough to eat in room - small table with just 3 chairs.
