Our stay was very short and impromptu, but the location was perfect for our needs. The apartments are basic ,but clean and comfortable. The kitchenette facilities make it a viable option for longer stays, when your accommodation needs to be a home base for full days out

Overall the accommodation was comfortable and fit for purpose. Everything worked well. It was roomy and had everything I needed. Two things may need attention. 1. The hot water was v difficult to get a consistent temperature.Might be operator issue. 2. The kettle seemed not to turn off when boiling for a longer time. Something to check. Certainly will use the accom again.

I enjoyed where you are located! Most convenient for my needs. It was a satisfactory stay with a very comfortable bed and access to aircon (as I was there for what was the hottest weekend ever!). Although overall I think an internal 'spruce' or 'update' of the look of the staircase and venue could possibly be needed to help provide a sense that you are proud to run the hotel.

Very happy with staff and overall experience. Only concern was difficulty closing the windows properly. Would be nice to have something to sit on when outside smoking, also some form of container for cigarette butts would be helpful.

Very good. Except the 4 carparks at back, 2 would block in the other 2, so I could not park at Spot 1 as a Spot 3 car would block me in, they are direct behind each other - see photo which was sent to me. So I had to park on street, and risk a fine. This parking for 4 spots in rear of units is unacceptable.

Lovely location. While building and fittings a little old, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Just be aware that the shower is over a high bath so may be difficult unless completely mobile.

Very irritated by door lock system and needed help to open door every time! When you are tired after travelling, and visiting hospital you don't need to have sit and wait to get into your room. Bed was good, shower hot, kettle replaced quickly when it broke. But will not go back!

Getting in was problematic after 7pm. Room was clean but a bit run down. Could see where some painting needed to be done in the bathroom and the seats at the table had stains on them. Beds were good, Kitchen was good. Room servicing was good.
