Great location, room was clean and fresh. The light in the bathroom didn't work, and when reception was notified they replaced it quickly.

My family all choose to stay here. It’s so close to everything in the city including trains and teams. The main reason we love it is the staff are so nice. Very friendly and professional. I needed to leave before reception opened so a staff member made sure they were there to check me out before opening time. I don’t think another Motel in the city would ever do that!

I have stayed here many times, it’s my first choice and I recommend it to everyone I know. The rooms are awesome, the beds air conditioner and even down to a good hairdryer! The staff here are the best. I have stayed in other motels in Melbourne but the staff at Nova Stargate go above and beyond normal kindness. They make you feel so happy and comfortable. I have no changes to recommend, my stay there is always comfortable and very enjoyable. Thanks

Had a great few days at Nova Stargate. Staff very friendly and helpful and it was nice to have a balcony and get some fresh air. The location is perfect - handy to everything.

Handy location for us. Very central to the CBD, shopping, markets and trains/trams. We have stayed here before and will book in again when we return. The cost per night is very affordable. We have recommended friends and family to stay here.

This apartment isn't the most glamorous place, but it is perfectly comfortable, clean and the location is incredible. Accommodated three people perfectly and the staff were very kind and helpful - and the price is just the icing on the cake. Been here twice and will come again.

I have two times stay at your apartment, the fist room facility is ok, but the second room the wood door and glass door the lock was broke can't lock, may be you need to repair.
