Our stay here was all we needed. If there was. An issue it would be hardly any toilet paper and no liquid soap for easy hygiene use.

Older building and apartment but good condition great value for money considering location and compare to all the hotels around. I will stay here again and reccommend to anyone looking for cheaper accommodation in Surfers.

My unit did hav e quite a few bugs and ants. The fans compensated quite well for no air conditioning. Peter was very pleasant and professional.

Overall ok the roadwork in progress meant I had difficulty finding you. The taxi service in contrast to yourselves & service was appalling 1.5 hours wait out front with booked taxis (taxi numbers reported to taxi company) texting me then driving past with passengers enc. As a result I saw last 30 minutes of Stevenson St band/friends play @ casino

We are sorry that you found the taxi service lacking, and cant understand why it took 1.5 hours to obtain a taxi.
The taxi rank is opposite Paradise Towers.
We take note that the instructions that were left in the sealed envelope for after hours key collection stated ' please park in ANY car space on level ONE.its the UP ramp off Trickett Street".

Peter is very nice & friendly.. i really enjoy my stay at paradise tower apartment. strategic place of stay since it's near to various interesting places in Gold Coast. The price is also cheap and affordable. The only problem is during the first night there, someone keep knocking our door at 8pm and 3am.. but 2nd night was okay. Thanks much Peter. I would love to stay there again next time.

It was my second time in Paradise Towers and it was as pleasant as the first visit. Peter was a joy to chat with, he is nothing like your ordinary hotel manager but a definitely more cheerful one. Paradise Towers is a very clean and well taken care of apartment aside from the scary lift ride but other than that kudos to everything. I seriously recommend Paradise Towers as it is situated conveniently in Surfers Paradise and reasonably priced.

Was a clean, comfortable stay that was in the perfect location!
Great value for money and had no complaints whatsoever.
Definitely an enjoyable stay for a young couple who spend most of the day on their feet around Surfers Paradise and need a nice place to come back to sleep in (: Great views and easy access.
Already booked another weekend getaway here and have sold some friends to do the same with us!

First of all, Paradise Tower was amazing !
My sudden decision to travel to Gold Coast was made successful by Paradise Tower..
In particular, Manager Peter was very generous and kind. Even though I am a Korean, he explained very well and slowly to be able to understand us easily.. In addition, although we arrived early in the morning, Peter and cleaner were also kind with greeting and actually I could go to shopping in the easy way due to cleaner's advice.
Thank you all of staffs in Paradise Tower. I will definately to visit again later !!!

The Apartment is what i expected spacious comfortable and in the middle of everything.
Peter was very accomodating, and understanding of our early 20's group.
We thought we cleaned sufficently so left without checking with Peter like he asked and was charged $35 for cleaning. I feel that even with the cleaning fee Paradise Towers is still affordable, Perfectly located, and friendly. Thanks Peter See you again
