Staff were friendly, engaging & happy to assist. Room was fresh and amenities in top condition. Have stayed at the ClockTower regularly for the past 5+ years, seen it rise, fall and rise again! Compliments on putting in the hard yards 'cause the ClockTower is offering top quality accommodation & service again. Our room (L1#3) location ensured serene & restful night while access to Lygon street was 50 meters away. Melbourne University / Union House Theatre was a comfortable 13 min walk! Love the ClockTower and will definitely be back. Thanks

Our stay here was extremely satisfactory. The staff were always friendly and helpful. They looked after our every needs and helped us at all times. We needed to be at the Royal Melbourne Hospital most days during our stay, and the location was ideal. Shopping of all types was within easy walking distance.
