Lounge furniture is a bit dated as leather seats have leather bits coming away and chair leg underneath very bent. Mirrors/glass appeared quite dirty. Overhead fans need cleaning. Ensuite shower had another guests left over soap Small things only but can leave an impact. We have stayed here quite a few times and always enjoy ourselves as facilities and location are very good

Location is great..we booked the deluxe waterfront apartment and the view was very nice from our room, All the shopping was close by and rooftop pool and spa was pretty good, the fans in the rooms were a bit noisy and Air conditioning was just in the lounge area which was a bit disappointing but overall not a bad experience and all the theme park attractions were close by as well

I have stayed at The Atrium Resort several times now and it never fails to impress. The facilities are great, the staff are very friendly and the apartments are beautiful. I would (and have) recommend this resort to anyone travelling to the Gold Coast.

This was my second stay at The Atrium Resort in Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast and I will definitely return again. The room is beautifully laid out. The staff are friendly and helpful and most of all the entire place is clean and tidy. The secured underground parking is also a much welcomed plus as we had a rental car and I wouldn't want to park the car on the street with the worry of something happening to it, because of this the secure parking was yet another reason we can set our mind at ease while staying at The Atrium Resort. If I had one comment it would be that the bed we slept on was rather hard but in saying that we have a very soft mattress at home so most other beds do feel hard to us. This minor point aside I would definitely recommend other to take advantage of staying at The Atrium Resort if they are holidaying on the Gold Coast.AAA+++

My family and I made the trip to the Coast as a last minute decision due to a family emergency. We found The Atrium Resort was absolutely perfect for us, the price was amazing, this is why we chose to book with you. Our days were hectic coming to and from the hospital and my dad's place in Pimpama, but once we returned to our unit we immediately felt at home. Each morning we loved waking up to the sunrise from our balcony and eating breakfast out there every morning and the views were amazing. The facilities were fantastic, we especially loved the spa pool and the pool on the roof, and loved the activities room and the gym. We especially wanted to try the restaurant, as the smells coming from there were amazing, but each night we were at my dad's place for dinner. Next time we visit we plan to have a holiday and use all of the facilities, including your restaurant. I can not thank you enough or speak highly enough of the hotel and I will definitely be recommending it to all. I have worked in hospitality for over 30 years, including big hotels chains and can not find any issues with your hotel at all. Thank you thank you thank you.
