King George IV ruled when Samuel was born in 1827. If alive today George would have loved this generous bright and airy room furnished in 19th century style with collectibles and antiques. The superbly comfortable queen bed has the works: fat and slim pillows, electric blanket, quilt, blanket and lovely cotton sheets. Breakfast on the verandah or use the dining setting in your room and enjoy breakfast in your pyjamas.

The maiden name of Samuel's wife was Toogood – just like this this generous cosy room! Getting There : Bendalls is approximately 4km north of Hobart on quiet Seymour Street.
From Hobart take the local bus to stop 10 and walk 50 metres in the direction of the bus. Bendalls is on your left.
Using GPS: Bendalls main entrance is opposite 28 Seymour Street, New town. Otherwise: from the city take Arygle St, turn right at New Town Rd, left at Pedder St and immediate left into Seymour Street. Bendalls is half way along on the left.
From the airport take a taxi or the Airporter Bus (approx. $15), which stops nearby.
