Situated 5 kms from the nearest winery and found at the base of Mt Dandenong many of Melbourne's regional attractions are easily accessible. 30kms from Melbourne CBD, the nearest train station is 1 km and bus stop 50 metres.
This property sleeps up to 22 adults. A one bedroom villa unit with queen bed, a single storey 2 bedroom villa unit which beds up to 4 adults in a configuration of a queen, twin beds and a double storey 3 bedroom villa unit that bed up to 8 adults in a configuration of 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and a double sofabed. A portacot is available should this be required for infants.
Linen, bedding, parking, weekly servicing (for stays > 8 nights) and wireless internet are provided within the quoted rate.

We stayed at Bungunyah for the convenience of catching up with family and friends in the area. We found the property to be extremely peaceful and very well looked after. The Villa was equipped with everything anyone could ever need and tastefully decorated. Lisa and Kees were wonderful hosts and obviously have great pride in their property.

This is a hidden gem. Our expectations were well and truly exceeded. Beautiful property hidden away on a main road, although you wouldn't know as the road noise is suppressed by the lush and beaitiful gardens. Stayed at the Cotton 3brm Villa - extremely well appointed home away from home. We had a infant and Lisa provided more than we needed for our son - extra bedding for the cot, high chair and security gate for the stairs. Lisa and Kees welcomed us into their home and gardens - others could learn from their friendliness, hospitality and customer service.

The Margriet villa is a free standing 1 bedroom unit (queen bed) which is very private with a front and rear garden, BBQ, DVDs, CDs, games and books. Beds up to 2 guests. Fully self-contained with linen, bedding, towels, weekly servicing and wireless internet included. Air conditioning, gas heating and off street free parking is also provided. The Margriet is very modern with glass ceramic hotplates, full size electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the modern cons. The fully tiled and stylish bathroom is well equipped and comes with a front loader washing machine and dryer. The villa is well equipped with us anticipating all your needs will be met.
