Great Location.. 5 Min Flat walk to shops, restaurants, clubs and the beach. Anchorbell Holiday Apartments is a family oriented holiday apartment complex, made up of 2 & 3 Bedroom Townhouses and Apartments.
Our accomodation is clean, comfortable and affordable with linen and towels provided.

All apartments and townhouses have fully self contained kitchens, air conditioning, LCD TV's, Foxtell, Dishwashers. Laundry with automatic washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, separate bathroom and toilet, open plan lounge/dining area and undercover parking. Townhouses also include an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom, a lock up garage and private balconies.
All apartments are non-smoking and include electric blankets, heating, air conditioning, full size bath, Dvd players, and Foxtell . Cots and high chairs available at no charge.

Take advantage outside, of an undercover barbeque area overlooking a solar heated swimming pool or perhaps a game of tennis on our popular half size tennis court.

	Getting There :Merimbula is: 3 hours from Canberra by car, 6 hours from Sydney by car, 7.5 hours from Melbourne by car. Bus services operate from Melbourne and Sydney. Regional Expres (ReX) has regular daily flights into Merimbula from Melbourne and Sydney.

Come and enjoy the attractions the area has to offer including magnificent beaches, great climate, Whale watching, (Sept/Oct), Deep Sea fishing, diving, Theme Park, Wildlife Park, great restaurants, boutique shops, aquarium, cinema, golf courses, tennis and lawn bowls, Merimbula-Imlay Bowling Club, Merimbula RSL, wineries, art galleries, markets, craft, national parks and walking trails .

Spencer Park, a 5 minute walk from Anchorbell Holiday Apartments, is a safe sandy beach area on the edge of the lake with lawn area's and a playground. 5 min flat walk to shops, restaurants and clubs.

1. What is the bedding configuration of my apartment?

All units have a queen size bed and 2 single beds in the other bedroom/s. We have one unit and one townhouse which have a set of bunks and a single bed in the second bedroom and two townhouses which have a double bed and a single bed in the second bedroom.

2. What is provided in the apartment?

The apartments have a fully self contained kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven/stove, saucepans, frypan, utensils, crockery, cutlery and assorted dishes. Most have dishwashers. Dining table and chairs, lounge suite, TV/DVD player and free Austar TV. Bedrooms (most with blankets, some with doonas), bathroom and separate toilet, laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, built-in cupboards and undercover parking or garage. Most have reverse cycle air conditioning. Linen and towels are supplied.

3. Where are you situated?

We are situated at 10 Cameron Street, on the town side of Merimbula, 5 minutes flat walk to the shops, Restaurants & Clubs. 5 minutes walk to Spencer Park where there is a childrens play ground, grassy area for kicking a ball and BBQs., this is beside the lake and an ideal place for littlies to swim or play in the sand.

4. What facilities do you have on site?

A sealed driveway runs through the complex with apartments and townhouses built either side. Our swimming pool, bbq area and half tennis court are conveniently located half way down the driveway.

5. Do you have phones or internet facilities?

We do not have phones in our units but we have wifi internet access for your laptop., or there is an Internet Cafe in town, about 5 minutes walk away.

6. What do I need to bring?

We provide introductory supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper and soap. You need to bring these items and all other food and beverages. If you regularly use equipment such as wok, coffee percolator, garlic press etc and can't be without them, then bring them with you. Don't forget the games, toys, DVD's and of course the beach towels. Every one is different, so you can call us on 02 6495 1153 if you are unsure.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

1 night of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
VISA and Mastercard Accepted.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a two night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Child over 14 is considered as adult.

Other Policy

No smoking in rooms and pets are not allowed.

The only issue for us was that down stairs where the kids slept was very cold and the curtains weren't full block so the kids were up with the sun. Otherwise everything else was great. Jo from Warragul, Australia 09 October 2012
