Located in the center of Narooma's CBD, off the highway is central to clubs,beaches, shops and eateries. Built as a guest house under the NSW Government as a 5 star energy and environmentally commercial building. We offer a little luxury accommodation for couples and single travelers. All rooms are located on the second level using a wide stair way or guest stair lift. Rooms/verandas do not face the street and do not have any passing traffic.
All room have own TV/DVD, mini fridge, en suite, electric blankets, tea/coffee making facilities, lambs wool bed covers, bed reading lights and includes all linen. Rooms are serviced daily.

Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
