Customer service was excellent as sorted out an issue from an online booking. The only disappointing part was the drugged up lady knocking on doors at 5am and 5.30am asking for cigarettes .

Clean, neat. After hours key pick-up painless with help of polite and professional office staff. Air con good (efficient, not noisy, not smelly like you get in some places). Better than reasonably quiet (road and other guests). Downsides: Luckily I had clip hangers to hold the blackout curtains together otherwise we'd have been woken at sunrise (black curtains narrower than windows ... Like... what? Whose idea was that?). Gauze curtains had minor mold spots. Went to the loo during the night and the room got brightly lit by lights outside the bathroom window. Couldn't get the TV remote to work (but not important to us). Parking bays VERY narrow - when added to the way many people park like jerks it was serious nip-and-tuck to get a Corolla into a spot with all the SUVs. Used a street park which was kind of tragic for a motel, right? t may be an old property but it is a good little motel brought back to good condition and obviously run by people who care.
