Staff were really flexible and helpful. I had a late check in and it was simple and quick. Had a problem with my bag lock and staff helped find something to open it with. Also great service when my breakfast order didn't make to the kitchen and it was sorted out for me quickly. In my experience good service is how you respond when things go wrong.
