* Included in the rate is our complimentary shuttle bus service that operates 24 hours a day seven days a week .
* We also have free wireless internet available for all our guests and all rooms also include selected Foxtel channels.
* All rooms also include full size iron/ironing board, hairdryer, refrigerator, mini bar, remote control LCD TV, individually controlled heater/air conditioner and same day dry cleaning service.
For our guests going away for either business or pleasure we also offer our long term secure parking to store your vehicle with us whilst you?re away for a minimal rate of $8 per day.
The property includes an A La Carte Restaurant that operates for breakfast between the hours of 6am till 9am and dinner operates between 6pm till 9:30pm. We also have a room service menu that operates whilst the restaurant is closed between the hours of 9:30am till 6pm.
Operating in the reception foyer we have a flight arrival/departure screen that will keep you updated on your flight times or your more than welcomed to ask one of our very friendly and professional staff members to give you assistance in finding that information for you.

	Getting There :We provide courtesy transfers to and from the Melbourne airport (Tullamarine). To arrange a pick up please call reception on 9333 2200 after you have collected your luggage. If you are driving in from the airport you need to take the Mickleham Road exit and turn left. After passing the large roundabout, turn right at the second set of traffic lights and follow the road signage.

Sunbury Wine District, local shopping complexes including DFO and movie theatres, Brimbank Park, Emu Bottom Homestead, Calder Park Thunderdome, Organ Pipes National Park, Horseshoe Bend Farm.

1. How do I catch the Shuttle Bus to/from the Airport or Broadmeadows train station?

To be picked up by our shuttle bus upon arrival at Tullamarine Airport, please call us on 03 9333 2200 once you ahve collected your luggage. Inform the receptionist what terminal you are in and how many people there are in your party. The receptionist will direct you to your nearest pickup point and then dispatch a shuttle to collect you. Please note that there can be delays with pickups and that we will have one at the airport to collect you as soon as we can.

2. Do you offer RACV, Seniors Discounts, Etc?

We do offer these discounts, however these are 10% discounts that are subtracted from our Rack Rate, NOT the rate that we are selling the rooms for on this website. The rate you see online is a discounted rate and we cannot offer any further discounts on it.

3. Do you supply cots for infants?

We have a limited supply of cots available on a first come first served basis. Requesting a cot with your booking is not a guarantee that one will be supplied. However if we are unable to supply you with a cot we are happy to have extra blankets/pillows delivered to your room so you are able to make a bed for the infant to sleep on.

4. Do you have smoking rooms?

We do have smoking rooms, however we have a very limited number so one may not be available for you even if you request one on your booking. Please note that any non-smoking room found to have been smoked in will attract a $200 fine.

5. How many people can you fit into a room?

The maximum amount of guests allowed in the room is 4 - this can be all adults, or a combinations of adults and children. The only way we can exceed this amount is if the additional persons in the room are infants, and we must be advised in order for this to be possible.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings except for the 2 Weeks Advance Booking purchase which is a non-refundable booking, requires at least 24 hours notice upon arrival. If 24 hours notice isn't given a booking cancellation of one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to the credit card provided.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked.

Child Policy

Child 12 and over is considered as adult for costing purpose.
Child 2-12 is consider child for costing purpose.
Child aged 2 and under is free.
Baby cots available at no cost. (limited numbers available.)
