General Information

	Check In : 1400hrs Check Out : 0930hrs Reception Hours : 8am to 6pm. Manager on-site therefore hours vary.
	Car Parking : Off Street Parking, space available for small to medium size boat. Additional car generally will have off street parking. 9 parking spaces for 6 apartments.
	Getting There :Address 20 Munn Street. From the North (Bega) turn left at 'T' intersection.(Market St) Travel 100m turn right at 'T' intersection.(Main St) Travel past RSL Club and take the next left. (Cameron Street) At next 'T' turn right and you are in Munn Street. We are located down the hill and on 90 degree bend. Coming from south (Melb) come over bridge and continue on to 'T' intersection (Main St) turn right, travel past RSL Club and take next left. (Cameron St) Turn right into Munn St and we are located on 90 degree bend down the hill.

Explore the stunning coastline. The lagoon, lakes and ocean are separated by white sand and fringed by unspoiled bushland. The main beach has five kilometres to surf, fish or stroll.

Enjoy the magical experience of whale watching from September � November when whales bask in our southern waters. With seals and dolphins being frequent visitors.

From 9 holes to 27 holes enjoy a round of golf. Clubs complete with their resident kangaroos.

Surrounded by the Sapphire Coast seafoods, restaurants create their own style of flavours from fresh produce.

Town side of Merimbula. 650m to Information Centre of which 400m is along Merimbula Lake.

2. How far Spencer Park on Merimbula Lake?

Spencer Park has play equipment for younger children and suitable beach in the lake for younger children. (450m)

3. Do you have a pool?

Solar Heated Pool.

4. Are Apartments fully self contained?

Modern Apartments built 2004 with Dishwasher, separate laundry with dryer. Apartments are fully self contained.

5. Do you have Apartments on ground floor.

Two Apartments on ground floor. Not one step from car park to your lounge or bedroom.

6. Do the upstairs Apartments have any stairs within?

No steps or stairs within apartment. There is 16 steps to get to top floor. Eight then a landing and another eight to Apartment.

7. Do you have a view?

Apartments overlook the Merimbula Back Lake/Lagoon and the Munn Street Walk Bridge plus bushland. The Lake looks like a large river from the Apartments.

8. How far to fish and for what type of fish?

At the Munn Street Walk Bridge there is suitable fishing locations where the water is 1 to 3 metres deep. Extremely peaceful location and bream is the popular fish. We have caught flathead and eel's. The lake has been stocked with prawns by the NSW fisheries.

9. The Munn Street Walk Bridge goes where?

They are currently building a walk from Tura Beach Car Park to the Bridge. They have completed the section from Tura Beach to the nearest portion of the Back Lake.

10. How old are Apartments.

Bult mid year 2004.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Visa/Mastercard Acceptable.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

30% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

All infants using single beds considered as adult. Porta-Cot supplied at no extra cost.
