CAPRI APARTMENTS is located in the heart of Merimbula and is only a 3-5 minute level walk to shops, clubs, cinema, pristine beach, playground, picnic area and facilities, and only 600mtrs from supermarket, there is no need to worry about looking for that car park!

Capri offers fully self-contained holiday accommodation with your choice of spacious, clean and comfortable, fully self-contained 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments. With 4 star AAA rated accommodation to choose from, as well choice of upstairs or downstairs, caters for the economical and physical needs of all. Most apartments have views of Merimbula Bay and ocean.

Apartment Facilities

- Complete own laundry including washing machine, clothes drier, clothes airer (clothes lines at rear of apartment) and ironing facilities.
- Bathroom: has a shower recess and separate bath, and toilet is a separate room from bathroom.
- Bedrooms: Comfortable queen bed in main; 2 x singles in 2nd (and 3rd bedrooms). All linen including towels, hand towels, bath mat, tea towels are provided – no additional cost.
- Reverse cycle air/heating.
- TV, plus: free Foxtel including Fox Sports.
- DVD/CD-Radio; ipod docking stations

Capri has a 12 meter solar heated pool with corner gas heated spa; good quality pool furniture and a BBQ area and play area for young children with, cubby house, climbing castle with small slide, junior basketball ring and totem tennis.

Our BBQ and play area is a very social/family friendly area with a large outdoor setting and plenty of additional seating.

Apartments have FREE WiFi internet access available. All our apartments are non-smoking inside, ashtrays are provided for smoking on outdoor seating or common property in general.

	Check In : 1400hrs Check Out : 0930hrs Reception Hours : Check in is not available until 2.30pm, with check out at 9.30am. Office hours are until 6pm. Arrivals after this time must contact the property to arrange a late check in.
	Car Parking : Car parking is provided for each apartment. Some additional car and boat trailer parking is available and will be allocated on a '1st in' basis when booking is made. We do allow 2 x car parking spaces for 3br apartments.
	Getting There :Merimbula is situated half way between Melbourne and Sydney and three hours south of Canberra. We are located in the heart of Merimbula in Main Street. The Airport (2km) and interstate bus stops (500m) are a short distance, and we offer complimentary pickups.

Located in a prime and tranquil position, yet only a three to five minute level walk to shops, clubs, cinema, beach, playground, picnic area and facilities, and only 600m from the supermarket, there is no need to worry about looking for that car park! Leave your car at Capri and go out and enjoy! For a handy and very economical lunch or evening meal, the RSL Club is only 150m from Capri and Club Sapphire 600m, so having a nice meal and a drink if you wish, is not a problem.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking, Capri Apartments will notify you when they process your booking, charged to the credit card you provided.\\r\\nPerson making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking unless personal deposit arrangements made with managers.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Children are the responsibility of their parents or adult guardians and must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian at all times.

Other Policy

Any damage to apartment or apartment contents, or to common property is the liability of guest and will be debited to credit card number given unless prior arrangements are made with manager at time of damage:regardless, guest is responsible for any damages incurred by him/her or their visitors.
