If you wish to cancel your reservation please let us know at least 48 hours prior to check-in date. AU $20 cancellation fee applies. If you cancel later than that the amount of the first night will be forfeited. NOTE: During peak seasons (Australian Open (Jan), F1 Grand Prix (Mar), Easter, Anzac Day and Queen's Birthday long weekends, AFL Final (Sep), Melbourne Cup week (Nov) and Christmas/ New Years) no cancellations allowed; no refunds available.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.
