Deposit Policy

For Normal Bookings:- A deposit of one night's Accommodation will be taken from the credit card that you enter.
For Promotional Bookings/Deals:- Full prepayment will be taken at the time of booking for all Flash Sales, Stay and Save deals, Advance Purchase deals, Melbourne Zoo Specials, this will be Non-Refundable and Non Transferable.
The hotel charges a credit card surcharge of 1%.

Cancellation Policy

For Normal Bookings:- If you do not cancel your booking by 1pm, 48 hours before arrival a penalty of the first nights accommodation charge will be taken from the credit card details that has been given

For Promotional Bookings/Deals:- No refund will be issued for cancellations of booking for all Flash Sales, Stay and Save deals, Advance Purchase deals, Melbourne Zoo Specials.

No Show Policy

No refund will be issued in-case of a No-Show.

Child Policy

1 Child 3-11 years inclusive stays FOC with accompanying Adults in Existing Bedding. Child above 12 years old will incur additional person charges.

Other Policy

The hotel charges a credit card surcharge of 1%.

The location was fantastic and the staff very charming and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. For where we were I thought the price was very reasonable. It was noisy throughout the night with bottles being thrown out at various times each night by presumably the restaurants and bars nearby. This would put me off booking here again. A microwave in the room would have been good to reheat food or buy prepared food to cook. No one suggested/ pointed out to me the coffee and pastry breakfast option or I'd have taken it.
