Booking Policy

We require a credit card on file as security, if you do not have a credit card a $500.00 cash deposit is required as a security deposit and this will be refunded on departure after the room is checked.

Deposit Policy

We require a deposit of $200 to secure the booking with the balance due in full 28 days prior to your arrival. A $500.00 deposit for bookings is required in our high season 24th December - 18th January.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of booking cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival or ALL monies forfeited. An administration fee of $100.00 is deducted from all cancellations, should you re-book within the next 12 months this fee will be reimbursed. We do hope to see you in the near future.

No Show Policy

All monies will be forfeited and the remaining balance will be deducted from then credit card details supplied.

Please be advised that while all efforts are made to meet any requests you have made, we cannot guarantee them. To secure your request you are able to pay $50 per night lock in fee, this is the only way your request can be guaranteed.
