Farm Stay - Animal feeding daily at 8.30am - Clydesdale Horse Carriage (Weather permitting) - Historic Horse Drawn tour of Richmond Village takes about 1 hour and gives a good insite into the history of one of Australia's oldest Villages costs $60-00 per person. - River walk along the Coal River - Fishing in the river - At dusk and daybreak, spot the platypus in the river - if you're very very quiet

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of 10% of total booking cost applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of 10% of total booking cost.
