Located in Melbourne's elegant, historic precinct. Magnolia Court Boutique Hotel offers a variety of unique accommodation styles. From Boutique, European style rooms built for clergy in the 1950's to generous Victorian rooms from the Goldrush years of the 1850's and 1860's. In the early 1900's Magnolia Court was home to those involved in Melbourne's theatre and the early days of the Australian Ballet. East Melbourne represents the elegance of a bygone era whilst being a 10 minute walk through the Fitzroy Gardens to the city.
Why not start the morning in our breakfast room overlooking ancient elms and the Victorian terraces of Powlett Street .
You'll find our location is central to most activities whether it be shopping in Bridge Road, a football match at the MCG, tennis at Melbourne Park or dining at the many wonderful restaurants for which Melbourne is famous. 	Getting There :Magnolia Court Boutique Hotel is located at 101 Powlett Street East Melbourne, between the cross streets Gipps and Hotham. Powlett Street runs North -South between Victoria Parade and Wellington Parade. From the airport (Located 22km from the city) take either a taxi (approx $55 and 30 min travel time) or the SkyBus shuttle ($16/person one way and 30 min travel to the city terminal). During business hours the SkyBus will drop and pick-up from our door (allow a further 30min travel time to and from the city terminal). From the city tram numbers 75 and 48 which travel up and down Flinders Street stop at the corner of Wellington Parade and Powlett Street.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

100% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. American Express Card and Diners Card will incur 4% surcharge.
1.5% surcharge applies to all visa and master cards.
2.5% surcharge applies to over/sea master and visa cards.

Cancellation Policy

We require 7days notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations. No cancellation for special evens such as Tennis Time, F1 Grand Prix, AFL Ground Final, Melbourne Cup Time, and Christmas Time & New year Eve.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will be charged first night rate for the rooms booked plus an administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Child over 12 is considered as adult.
Child aged 3 and under is free when staying in existing bedding.

Other Policy

lost or not return the room keys will be charged $100.00
