1. What is the Standard Occupancy for the apartments?

Standard Occupancy: 1 bedroom = 2 persons; 2 bedroom = 4 persons; 3 bedroom = 6 persons; 4 bedroom = 8 persons; One extra adult/child per apartment can be accommodated on a roll-away or sofa bed. Extra person charges apply. Children under 2 are free except when requiring any additional bedding.

2. What is your Office Hours?

Office Hours: 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays and Public Holidays Closed on Christmas Day Sunday and Public Holidays.The office is closed on Christmas day.

Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. Half daily rate applies for late check-out till 2:00pm, the full daily rate applies for later check-outs.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.
Oceana on Broadbeach does not seek nor does it accept Schoolies Festivals bookings/reservations. Check our website, www.oceanaonbroadbeach.com.au for more details.

Deposit Policy

1. For confirmation of bookings we will need a deposit of from $350.00.
2. This can be paid by Master card, Visa or Amex (surcharge of 2%), or by direct transfer
3. Balance of account should be paid on arrival, or prior to arrival date.
4. If booking is cancelled within 7 days there will be no refund to the deposit paid
5. All cancellations will incur an administration fee of $50.00 per room

Cancellation Policy

We require 7 days notice for booking cancellation, 14 days for bookings using promo codes, 28 days during the Christmas/January school holidays period, i.e. 22DEC - 27JAN, otherwise the amount equivalent to one night rate for the number of rooms booked will be charged to the credit card provided.
All cancellations will incur an administration fee of $50.00 per room

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge $350 plus an administration fee of AU$50.00 per room.

Child Policy

Child over 12 is considered as adult.
Child aged 2 and under is free, provided no extra bedding is required. If extra bedding is required, Cot Charge: Minimum of $80.00 or $80.00 per week.
Rollaway beds, including linen is $80.00 per week.

Other Policy

Credit card and ID must presented on arrival. Pre-auth from $300.00 is required for all check-in guests. From $700.00 for the 3 and 4 bedroom mini sub pent house and sub penthouses.
The price quoted is for 2 people in the one bedroom, 4 people in the two bedroom apartment, 6 people for the 3 bedroom mini sub pent house, and 8 for the 4 bedroom sub penthouse.
Any additional person will be an additional $35.00 per person per night, minimum $80.00.

Overall it was really good. Although we were warned about the renovations, two days of jackhammer noise was a bit much to have to put up with and as we were only there for 6 nights it did cause some inconvenience.Thankfully though the rest of my family including my 18mth grandson were in the other building because it would have been impossible for him to have had his daytime sleep.
