The complex offers a range of one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments each offering air-conditioning, Foxtel, wireless broadband internet access, DVD players and feature either a private balcony or patio. The complex has on-site secure parking, meeting room facilities, an outdoor swimming pool and bbq area, gymnasium and convenience store. Coin operated guest laundries are located on each floor for guest use.

A complete range of Quest services are available to guests including daily servicing (except Sundays and public holidays), pantry shopping (on request), breakfast packs, valet dry cleaning and restaurant chargeback facilities with our complex cafe's and local restaurants such as the Story Bridge Hotel.

Meeting Room - Boardroom style for a maximum of 10 people (charges apply). Internet Kiosk - Located in the foyer with broadband and printing facilities ($2.00 per 15 minutes).

	Check In : 1400hrs Check Out : 1000hrs Reception Hours : Photo ID and an imprint of a valid credit card is required (must have available funds)- if guest has no credit card, a $500 cash bond is required. Reception closes 10pm Mon - Sat, 9pm Sun - if arriving after this time, please contact property direct
	Car Parking : Secure undercover parking is complimentary for all guests.
	Getting There :From the north, cross the Story Bridge and take the first left exit. The road takes a sharp turn to the left and this is Deakin Street - Quest on Story Bridge is at the end of the street across the road from the Story Bridge Hotel. From the south, don't cross the Story Bridge, follow Main Street to the left into Kangaroo Point (just after Mount Olivet Hospital)and take the first right turn into Rotherham Street. We are located on the next corner.

Being in Kangaroo Point, we have many attractions all within easy reach. South Bank Parklands is a pleasant stroll around the river bank along picturesque boardwalks. The Gabba cricket ground, where all major games are played, is just a walk or short cab ride away. The Gold Coast is only 50 minutes south, with all the theme parks available there. The Sunshine Coast only one hour north with all the attractions from Caloundra to Noosa, into the Glass House Mountains.

Booking Policy

Credit card details are required to guarantee reservations. Credit cards are required for pre-authorisation on arrival, and payment is made upon departure. If a third party credit card is to be used for payment, an authorisation form is required - please contact us for a copy. If a credit card can not be given upon arrival, full payment is due up front, as well as a $500 cash bond.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

An administration charge of 10% of total cost of bookings applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of 10% of total cost of bookings.
